Mode

Six teams will be arranges into two groups with three teams each. Each team within the group will play against each team by the rules of the international floorball association. A game lasts 3 x 20 minutes. The real playing time will be measured. If the game ends in a draw after the regular time there will be an extended playing time of max. 5 minutes until one team scores (sudden death).

The winner during the regular playing time receives 3 points, the looser 0 points. The winner during the extended playing time will receive 2 points, the looser 0. Each team will receive 1 point if the result after the extended playing time is a draw.

If two teams have the same amount of points the direct encounter will be decisive, after that the difference of the scores. Are the direct encounter and the difference of the scores equal, the amount of scored goals and then the amount of received goals are decisive. After that, there will be a penalty shooting (3 players from each team, then until the final decision, one player from each team).

After the qualification games on Friday and Saturday, following placing games will take place on Sunday:

  • The team in third place of group A will play against the team in third place of group B for the 5rd/6th place
  • The team in second place of group A will play against the team in second place of group B for the 3rd/4th place
  • The team in first place of group A will play against the team in first place in group B for the 1st/2nd place

In the placing games on Sunday, there will be a penalty shooting after a draw in the extended playing time. (3 players from each team, then until the final decision one player from each team.)

The referee's decisions are compulsory. The teams have to bring two different ensembles of clothing (home and visitor shirts).
